Responsibilities

- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, or other modalities suited to client needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure holistic support for clients.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical sessions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes.
- Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, coping strategies, and available resources.
- Monitor client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
- Valid licensure or certification as required by state or local regulations (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
- Proven experience providing mental health therapy or counseling in a clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and crisis intervention techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and foster trust with diverse populations.
