Nova Systems — Sales Representative (Commission Based)
Nova Systems is a Connecticut-based technology company that builds websites, social media, and digital systems for local businesses in Waterbury and surrounding areas. We are growing fast and need hungry sales people to help us close deals.
This is a commission-only position. You eat what you kill. The more clients you bring in the more you make.
What you will do:
- Walk into local businesses in Waterbury CT and surrounding towns
- Introduce Nova Systems and what we offer
- Book meetings for Isaac Nova (CEO)
- Follow up with leads and help close deals
- Represent Nova Systems professionally in the community
What you earn:
- 10% commission on every deal you close
- Example: Close a $1,500 client = you make $150 instantly
- Close 5 clients a month = $750-1,500/month
- No cap on earnings
Requirements:
- Must be confident, well-spoken, and presentable
- Must have reliable transportation in Waterbury CT area
- Must be able to film short video content showing your work
- Hustle mentality — this role rewards action takers
- No experience required — we will train you
