Responsibilities:
- Provide health care services in patients' residences
- Perform domestic and household tasks
- Accompany patients to doctor's appointments
- Assist with errands, as needed
- Help clients with personal care
- Monitor patients and report on their condition
Requirements:
- Active HHA Certification in the state of New York
- Government Issued ID, Social Security Card & Work Authorization, if needed
- 2 Recommendation Letters
- Recent Physical
- TB Screening (Quantiferon preferred)
- Flu shot
- Rubella & Rubeola titer lab work
- Chain of Custody Drug Screen no older than 6 months
- Exceptional staff training and customer service skills
- Compassionate and friendly demeanor
