Job Description:
This role supports AdventHealth Medical Group Neurosciences in Colorado, a comprehensive, multidisciplinary program dedicated to diagnosing and treating conditions of the brain, spine, and nervous system. The service line integrates neurology, neurosurgery, spine, stroke, and pain management across inpatient and outpatient settings, delivering coordinated, whole-person care through more than 60 providers across the region. An experienced leader in neurosciences is strongly preferred.
Monitors practice performance and implements action plans to meet productivity benchmarks. Identifies opportunities to improve operations and patient experience, focusing on workflow standardization. Fosters a culture of service excellence and maintains positive relations with physicians and staff. Oversees daily operations of multiple facilities to ensure productivity and efficient resource use. Resolves patient concerns not addressed by on-site leadership. Develops systems to ensure compliance with policies, goals, and regulations. Conducts managerial projects to expand or enhance services. Prepares reports and presentations for regional and senior leadership. Provides operational direction and support to practice managers, ensuring adherence to care delivery standards. Assists in removing operational barriers and acts as a liaison to central functions. Collaborates with regional leadership, physicians, practice management, and staff to ensure efficient operations. Plans, organizes, implements, and directs resources across multiple clinic sites. Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge and understanding of medical practice and clinic management, clinic operational structures and systems, policies and procedures [Required]
- Healthcare facility leadership experience should include management of staff, budgets and multiple clinic functions [Required]
Education:
- Bachelor's [Required]
- Master's [Preferred]
Field of Study:
- In healthcare administration, business administration, or related field
Work Experience:
- 5+ healthcare leadership [Required]
Additional Information:
Licenses and Certifications:
- Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Preferred]

Pay Range:
$125,546.44 - $233,522.38
