Scheduling
This position requires availability Thursday through Monday, including weekends.
Our therapists work an appointment-based schedule. When there is less than one hour between appointments, therapists remain clocked in and assist with light housekeeping and spa-support responsibilities. When there is a longer gap between scheduled appointments, therapists are not required to remain on-site and are free to use that time as they choose until their next scheduled appointment.
We believe this structure provides flexibility while ensuring therapists are compensated for productive time spent supporting the spa.
