Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Fingerprint Processor to join our IdentoGO enrollment center team. In this role, you will assist individuals through the fingerprinting process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a positive customer experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with the public in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Capture high-quality fingerprints using electronic scanning equipment
- Verify identity documents and ensure all required information is accurately recorded
- Guide customers through the enrollment process and answer general questions
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and security protocols
- Keep workstation clean, organized, and fully operational
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues with fingerprinting equipment
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 5 hours at a time)
- Comfortable working with a diverse range of individuals from the general public
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software systems quickly
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or administrative roles
- Experience working in a compliance-driven or secure environment
Physical Requirements:
- Standing for long periods
- Repetitive hand movements when operating scanning equipment
- Occasional light lifting (equipment or supplies)
