Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-5:00 PM, with Saturday work available as needed.
Stark Solutions is growing and looking for an experienced CNC VTL Machinist to join our team in Conroe, TX.
We are looking for someone with direct VTL experience who is comfortable setting up, running, measuring, and making adjustments to produce quality parts.
No programming required — CNC programs are provided by our on-site Programmer.
What You'll Do
- Set up and operate CNC VTL / Vertical Turning Lathe machines
- Machine medium to large-diameter precision parts
- Read blueprints, drawings, and work orders
- Make offsets and minor adjustments as needed
- Set and monitor tooling throughout the machining process
- Use precision measuring tools to maintain dimensions and tolerances
- Identify machining or tooling issues early to prevent scrap and rework
- Work closely with our CNC Programmer and Quality Control
What We're Looking For
- Direct CNC VTL / Vertical Turning Lathe experience
- Experience machining large-diameter parts
- VTL setup experience
- Strong blueprint reading and precision measuring skills
- Good understanding of tooling and offsets
- Strong focus on quality and accuracy
- Live tooling experience is a plus
- Reliable and safety-minded

Candidates selected for the position must successfully complete Background/substance screening. Must be able to stand and work for a minimum of 9-hour shift.
