We're looking for high energy, fun, personable people to help us deliver great customer service at X-Golf Ellisville. X-Golf server/bartender is a part time hourly position at X-Golf Ellisville and is responsible for impeccable service and knowledge of all functions at X-Golf Ellisville. Golf and bartending experience is not necessary, although it's a plus. Must be customer service oriented and a good teammate! MUST BE 21 YEARS OR OLDER.
This position is part-time and requires mandatory weekend and/or night availability. This position is tipped making a minimum of $15/hr and potential to make up to $50/hr (depending on tips received). Employees may golf for free during designated times and receive discount on food.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
- Manage all food and beverage operations at X-Golf Ellisville
- Operate the X-Golf simulators with ease
- Demonstrate X-Golf technology to customers and be able to appropriately guide customers to appropriate gameplay and maximize their use experience
- Meet, greet, and welcome prospective customers
- Display attention to detail by actively checking in with customers throughout their booking
- Maintain a clean work environment that is conducive for customers
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and according to company guidelines
- Serve as bartender/server and provide great service to customers
Knowledge, Skills and Traits
- Fundamental supervisory practices and principles
- Be able to carry 50 lbs
- Strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills
- Self-motivated with desire to promote and market
- Service and customer focused attitude
- Experienced in written and oral business communication
- Maintain and promote a positive professional image within the community
- At least 21 years or older to serve alcohol
