Support Production Supervisors in leading and coordinating unionized work groups across multiple departments to ensure the safe, efficient, and timely production of quality products. This role provides frontline leadership assistance, improves cross-functional coordination, and helps maintain compliance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Safety & Compliance
- Reinforce a strong culture of safety and ensure compliance with all company and regulatory standards.
- Participate in safety audits, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
- Promote safe work practices and immediately address unsafe conditions.
- 2–3 years of manufacturing experience; prior leadership or lead/step-up experience preferred
- Exposure to unionized environments and basic understanding of Collective Bargaining Agreements preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work across departments
- Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and shop floor operation
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (Plex experience a plus)
- Basic understanding of lean manufacturing principles preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Union workforce supervision

- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including production floor exposure.
