Job Summary: Implement and monitor daily production and plant flow
Primary Functions:
- Maintain required KPI levels
- Trains employees on policy, procedures, equipment operation, and plant safety
- Monitor all aspects of production activities including but not limited to efficiencies, attitude, and attendance
- Assures constant and efficient workflow through organized planning of priorities, capabilities, and capacities
- Ensure cleanliness and maintains safe work environment within molding department
- Documents and reports production and personnel data as required
- Communicate information from off shift press operators when necessary
Requirements/Training:
- Minimum 3 years supervisory experience with strong leadership skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- 3 years manufacturing experience with Rubber, Plastic, Silicone
- Forklift operator license
- Must follow any other reasonable instructions provided by their supervisor as this job description may not be all inclusive
- Must function in the best interest of the organization as a whole in order to promote an effective team-oriented environment

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. from the floor
- Able to drive and operate a forklift
- Must be able to work overtime as needed
