Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bilingual Order Operations Specialist fluent in English and Chinese to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the vital link between our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless order processing, exceptional customer support, and efficient communication across diverse platforms.
Responsibilities
- Process daily customer orders accurately in QuickBooks and CRM system
- Assist with product testing, troubleshooting, and basic quality control of LED lighting products.
- Assist with inventory monitoring, cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and inventory forecasting to support operational efficiency.
- Identify operational issues and proactively recommend process improvements.
- Prepare and review orders documents (qty, amounts, payments)
- Prepare and review shipping documents (packing lists, labels, BOLs)
- Comunicate with warehouse team on pick/pack/ship tasks
- Communicate with shipping carriers and schedule pickups
- Monitor shipment status and follow up on delays or issues
- Update tracking info and notify customers of delivery status
- Handle order revisions, cancellations, and returns in coordination with sales and logistics
- Keep digital records of shipping and fulfillment documents
Skills
- Fluency in Chinese, and English (both written and spoken)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US
- Bachelor's degree or above required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks
- Previous experience in order processing or shipping logistics preferred
- Familiarity with platforms like QuickBooks, WooCommerce, ShipStation, or similar systems is preferred.
