Duties
- Staff Supervision: Manage, train, and evaluate non-clinical support personnel like personal care aides and direct support workers.
- Service Coordination: Review and oversee client care plans to ensure non-medical goals and daily living assistance needs are met.
- Quality & Compliance: Audit service records and ensure operations follow state and federal non-medical agency guidelines.
- Client Communication: Handle inquiries, onboard new service recipients, and resolve care-related concerns with families.
- Scheduling & Logistics: Coordinate safe, efficient staff-to-client assignments based on geographic location and volume.
Pay: $46.00 - $53.00 per hour
