This is a highly visible position that plays a critical role in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. Your efforts will directly impact employee safety, equipment performance, and overall operational success.

Maintain cleanliness throughout the machine shop, offices, restrooms and lunchroom.

Sweep, mop, scrub, and remove debris from machine shop production areas.

Empty trash, recycling, and scrap containers.

Restock cleaning and restroom supplies.

Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces and common areas.
-
Assist with snow removal during winter months.

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks on machinery.

Lubricate, clean, and assist with basic machine upkeep.

Help with minor repairs and maintenance activities.

Maintain maintenance logs and documentation.

Support a safe and organized workplace for all employees.

Commitment to safety and quality.

Previous janitorial, industrial cleaning, or maintenance experience is preferred but not required.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and standing.

Ability to work around machinery, dust, oils, and varying temperatures.

Comfortable using cleaning equipment and basic hand tools.
