Position Overview
As a Guest Service Associate, you are the first point of contact for our guests. You help create a welcoming, positive atmosphere while handling check-ins, check-outs, scheduling, membership sales, and product education. Strong communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor are key to success in this role.
We are not hiring seasonal employees at this time.
Pay Structure
Starting Pay: $16 per hour
Bonus Opportunities:
- Bi-weekly Wax Pass Bonus based on sales performance: $50–$550
- Retail Conversion Bonus based on center metrics (bi-weekly)
- Eligibility requires working a minimum of 3 shifts per week with no call-outs.
Typical Earnings:Most GSAs earn an additional $100–$150 in bonuses each payroll, based on:
- Wax Pass sales
- Attendance
- Retail conversion performance
