Job Summary
Join the Koby team as a Pest Control Technician and become a vital defender against pests that threaten homes, businesses, and outdoor spaces. In this role, you will assess pest issues, develop tailored treatment plans, and apply pesticide solutions to eliminate pests effectively.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest activity and entry points.
- Develop customized pest control strategies using a variety of treatment methods and products.
- Apply pesticides, baiting systems, traps, and other pest management tools safely and accurately.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, treatments, and follow-up recommendations for clients.
- Use hand tools, power tools as needed.
- Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to all safety regulations.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of pest control techniques and environmentally responsible practices.
- Excellent driving skills with a valid license; proof of driving record required
- Familiarity with local pests to educate clients about pest prevention solutions.
- Good physical stamina for outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
- Strong communication skills to explain treatment plans clearly and professionally
Pay depends on experience. Hourly compensation with commission of each job. California state applicator license required
