Burn Boot Camp Cedar Park is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to work as a Burn Ambassador as part of our front-desk staff. We are looking for an individual to work a mix of daytime (7 - 1PM) and evening (4 - 8PM) shifts throughout the week for a total of 10 - 20 hours, as well as an occasional Saturday shift.

The Position
As a Burn Ambassador, you will play a critical role as the first contact with our new and current members both in person and on social media. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who can deliver an exceptional experience to all our members and uphold Burn Boot Camp's high standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through various channels including in-person, phone, email, and chat.
- Present product offerings and assist customers with product-related questions
- Analyze customer inquiries and provide accurate information or solutions in a timely manner.
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date customer records and interactions.
- Present product offerings and assist customers with product-related questions, order status, and troubleshooting issues.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Maintain a positive attitude while managing challenging situations or difficult customers
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and customer service roles is preferred
- Have a record of driving sales initiatives with confidence
- Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate various software applications efficiently
- Ability to analyze information quickly and make informed decisions based on customer needs
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills to ensure accuracy in customer records
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment
