Assistant Maintenance Manager
We are seeking a motivated and organized Assistant Maintenance Manager to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, hands-on landscape maintenance experience, and the ability to help manage crews and daily operations efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing landscape maintenance crews and daily schedules
- Ensure quality standards are met on all properties
- Train and support team members in the field
- Monitor equipment, materials, and job progress
- Communicate with management and clients professionally
- Help maintain a safe and productive work environment
Qualifications:
- Landscape maintenance experience required
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
