ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 1986 after beginning my State Farm career in health claims. With my dad also having been a State Farm agent, I had the opportunity to see the impact of agency ownership firsthand and knew I wanted to build an agency of my own.
Staying connected to our community is important to us, and our agency participates in local events and outreach opportunities throughout the year - typically every other month.
We offer health benefits, a 401(k), paid time off, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We believe in creating an environment where people can enjoy their careers while having opportunities to grow and succeed.
Our culture is positive, team-oriented, and genuinely happy. We enjoy working together, celebrate birthdays and successes, and help one another along the way. I'm looking for someone who is ambitious, hungry to succeed, positive, and motivated by earning potential. Someone who enjoys engaging with customers, takes initiative, and is excited to help customers with both insurance and financial services will thrive on our team.
