Our company works with AT&T to bring service to customers in the Tyler, TX area, and we're looking for an AT&T Customer Representative to join our team. This AT&T Customer Representative role centers on direct customer interactions helping people understand their service options and get set up with the right products.
As an AT&T Customer Representative, you will receive information on AT&T's products and pricing to help customers. This AT&T Customer Representative role is well-suited for someone who's looking to develop real, marketable skills in sales and customer service while working alongside an experienced team.
AT&T Customer Representative Responsibilities:
- Speak with customers to explain AT&T wireless plans, internet options, and available services to help support.
- Guide customers through account setup and service activation
- Address customer questions and concerns professionally and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes
- Work toward individual and team performance metrics
- Participate in regular training as a company to stay current on AT&T's products and offerings
AT&T Customer Representative Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a similar role or related role
- Comfortable comparing multiple plan or device options side-by-side and helping a customer land on a decision
- Can accurately walk a customer through account setup and activation
- Comfortable initiating conversations with customers in person
- Willing to learn AT&T's product lineup and promotions well enough to answer questions on the spot
Pay: $3,800.00 - $4,700.00 per month
