We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth within our automotive service department. This role is responsible for increasing service traffic, scheduling customer appointments, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting retention initiatives that maximize service department performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contact existing and prospective customers to schedule service appointments.
- Manage inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, text messages, and online appointment requests.
- Follow up with customers regarding recommended maintenance, declined services, recalls, and overdue maintenance.
- Execute customer retention campaigns to increase repeat business.
- Maintain accurate customer records within the CRM and dealership management system.
- Coordinate with service advisors to ensure efficient appointment scheduling and shop capacity.
- Help drive daily, weekly, and monthly service traffic goals.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
- Monitor appointment show rates and implement strategies to improve customer attendance.
- Assist with marketing campaigns and promotions designed to increase service department revenue.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from the first interaction through appointment completion.
- Motivate, train and mentor BDC agents.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive service, business development, call center, customer service, or dealership operations preferred.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
