Low Voltage Service Technician

Full-Time Position
H&H Solutions is seeking a dependable and motivated Low Voltage Service Technician to join our growing Technology & Security team. This position will be responsible for installing, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining low-voltage systems for commercial and residential customers throughout West Georgia and East Alabama.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates professionally with customers, and can work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Install, service, and troubleshoot low-voltage systems
- Install and terminate Cat5e, Cat6, and other structured cabling
- Install and service IP camera and video surveillance systems
- Install and service access control systems
- Install and service security and alarm systems
- Assist with fire alarm system installation and service as qualified
- Install network equipment, racks, patch panels, and related infrastructure
- Install and terminate fiber-optic cabling when required
- Diagnose system, wiring, connectivity, and equipment issues
- Perform system upgrades, equipment replacements, and preventative maintenance
- Accurately document completed work, materials used, and service performed
- Maintain company tools, equipment, and service vehicles
- Communicate professionally with customers and other H&H Solutions team members
- Follow company safety procedures and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Previous low-voltage, electrical, security, telecommunications, or IT field experience preferred
- Experience with structured cabling, security cameras, access control, or alarm systems is a plus
- Ability to troubleshoot wiring and equipment issues
- Comfortable using ladders and working above ceilings and in other installation environments
- Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
- Basic understanding of computer networking and IP-based devices is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Professional appearance and customer-service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned service calls
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Must be dependable and able to report to work as scheduled

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Primarily Monday-Friday, with occasional after-hours or emergency service as needed.
