Job Summary:
A Project Coordinator assists the Account Manager and is a critical link between Account Management, Data Processing, Print Production, Inventory Control, and Quality Control. The Project Coordinator maintains the highest level of customer service and ensures the execution of direct mail production projects from concept to completion.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Support and collaborate with Account Managers to understand customer expectations and project requirements.
- Review job specifications, production requirements, and workorder instructions for accuracy and completeness.
- Perform a range of clerical and administrative tasks to support daily customer service options, including measuring, cutting, folding, and assembling packages for production.
- Verify availability of materials and inventory.
- Assist with quality assurance efforts to mitigate production discrepancies.
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, quality, and throughput.
- Obtain and understand an in-depth knowledge of the direct mail and non-profit industry terminology.
- Performs other duties as required.

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1 - 3 years of Customer Service experience
- Ability to read and write in English
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday.
- Requires occasional bending at the waist.
- Requires stooping on occasion.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to visually inspect printed materials for quality and accuracy.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
