Blue View Builder is a growing modular construction company specializing in cold-form steel homes. Our mission is to is to make construction affordable by combining modular components, site-built construction, computer aided construction, and green initiatives.
We are looking for a Mason/Brick layer worker to join our team and support our projects across California and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Perform masonry and bricklaying tasks including laying bricks, blocks, and stone.
- Mix and apply mortar, ensuring proper alignment and structural integrity.
- Collaborate with site teams to complete construction projects on schedule.
- Travel overnight to job sites as required (lodging provided, per diem for meals, mileage reimbursement if personal vehicle is used).
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Follow safety protocols and quality standards consistently.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of verifiable experience as a mason or bricklayer.
- Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and tools.
- Willingness to travel overnight (home on weekends).
- Ability to work in varying environments (Bay Area, Los Angeles, Big Bear, Central Valley, and initially San Diego County).
- Commitment to teamwork and safety.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive pay based on experience.

Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
