We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Raleigh, NC. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment, machinery, and building systems. This individual will perform routine maintenance tasks, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary repairs to ensure the facility is operating efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Inspect and test building systems to identify issues
- Complete work orders in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field
- Strong mechanical and technical skills
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
