Green’s Office is seeking an experienced and dependable Coffee Shop Manager to lead our café team in Washington, DC.
Pay:• $28–$32 per hour plus tips• Paid training• Initial 60–90 day evaluation period
Responsibilities:• Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule employees• Manage daily café operations and inventory• Maintain excellent customer service• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and a professional store image• Monitor product quality and staff performance• Handle customer concerns professionally• Help improve sales and overall café operations
Qualifications:• Minimum 3 years of café or coffee shop experience• At least 1 year of management experience• Strong leadership and communication skills• Dependable, organized, and professional• Available to work flexible hours, including weekends• References from previous employers are required
