Overview
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is a part time position. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep, safety, and functionality of our apartment complex. Your expertise will help maintain a high standard of living for our residents by performing a variety of maintenance tasks efficiently and effectively. This is a part time position
Responsibilities
Job duties to include but not limited to the below
- Make readies (painting, cleaning, in units to prepare for new move ins
- Painting
- Some a/c and electrical work
- Plumbing
- General maintenance tasks
- Curb appeal (trash pickup, some lawn care)
Experience a plus! Must have own tools and transportation.
Hourly rate based on experience.
