Bilingual Warehouse & Inventory Operations Associate
Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Starting Pay: $17.50 per hour
We are looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented professional to join our Operations Team.
This is a hybrid position that combines warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, and computer-based operational tasks. The ideal candidate is comfortable working both in the warehouse and on a computer throughout the day.
This is not a forklift-only position. Accuracy, organization, and accountability are more important than speed alone.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory.
- Verify products using packing slips, SKUs, and barcode scanners.
- Maintain accurate inventory locations and inventory records.
- Pick, verify, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately.
- Create shipping labels and shipping documentation.
- Perform inventory counts and investigate discrepancies.
- Restock warehouse picking locations.
- Build and prepare pallets for shipment when needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
- Follow established operating procedures and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory, shipping & receiving, or order fulfillment.
- Comfortable using computers throughout the workday.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, barcode scanners, inventory systems, or data entry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to producing accurate work.
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
- Inventory control experience.
- Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience.
- RF scanner experience.
- Pallet jack experience.
- Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.
