- Pay Rate: $16.00 – $17.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Employment Status: W2 Employee
- Start Date: As soon as credentialing is complete
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year of food service experience preferred
- Food Handler Certification or ServSafe certification required
- COVID vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption
- WV Cares clearance required
- Pass background screening and drug screen
- Physical exam required
- Single TB test required
- Valid Driver's License or government-issued ID
- Social Security card
Responsibilities
- Prepare meal trays according to dietary instructions
- Assist with food and meal preparation
- Serve residents during scheduled meal times
- Deliver trays to resident rooms and collect trays after meals
- Read and follow meal tickets accurately
- Take and record food temperatures
- Maintain proper food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with kitchen clean-up and sanitation
- Prepare for upcoming meals and next-day service
- Complete additional duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager
