Gazaway Lumber & Hardware Co. is seeking a highly motivated, aggressive Outside Sales Representative to grow and manage a territory of builders, contractors, and commercial accounts. This position is designed for a driven sales professional who thrives on hunting new business, building strong relationships, and closing deals.

- Prospect and aggressively pursue new contractor and builder accounts
- Maintain and grow an assigned sales territory
- Conduct regular job site and office visits
- Prepare competitive quotes for lumber and building materials
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Meet and exceed sales and margin goals
- Collaborate with inside sales, estimating, and yard teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven outside sales experience (building materials preferred)
- Strong knowledge of lumber and construction materials preferred but not necessary
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and drive results
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
