Core Ecology Group – Calhoun, GA
Core Ecology Group is seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our growing team and assist with office operations, proposal preparation, client coordination, and business development support.
This is not a basic receptionist position. We are looking for someone who can operate in a fast-paced environment, take ownership of responsibilities, communicate professionally, stay highly organized, and help support the continued growth of the company.
Core Ecology Group specializes in:

Each year, our teams plant millions of trees, enhance thousands of acres of land, and support environmental projects throughout the Eastern United States for both private and public sector clients. Our work supports forests, wildlife habitat, conservation efforts, utilities, federal agencies, state agencies, commercial clients, and private landowners across multiple states.
This role is ideal for someone looking to grow within a rapidly expanding environmental services company while being directly involved in operations, project coordination, and business development efforts.
Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day office operations and administrative coordination
- Help prepare proposals, pricing sheets, bid packages, and project documents
- Research and identify upcoming project opportunities and contracts online
- Maintain communication with clients, vendors, agencies, and business partners
- Assist with scheduling, travel coordination, and internal office management
- Support management with sales efforts and client follow-up communication
- Organize invoices, project files, and company records
- Assist with CRM management and tracking business opportunities
- Help ensure tasks, deadlines, and internal operations stay organized and on schedule
Qualifications

- Prior office, administrative, sales, operations, or project coordination experience preferred
