Job Overview:
We are a patient-focused periodontics practice seeking a dependable and professional Patient Care Coordinator to manage scheduling, patient communication, and treatment coordination. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced dental environment and enjoys patient interaction.
You will serve as the primary in-office front office lead, working alongside a Virtual Front Office team.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage a productive and accurate schedule.

Greet patients; check in/out; collect payment.

Answer calls, emails, and texts; schedule and confirm appointments.

Review treatment plans, insurance estimates, and patient portions.

Support insurance processes as needed.
- Duties may be modified based on practice needs.
Required Qualifications:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office.

Comfortable with technology and office software.

Preferred Qualifications:
