As a team member, you will be trained in a variety of roles which will enable you to cover different team roles day to day. We believe this helps to keep each day fresh and interesting, including provides you valuable experience.
Expected Roles May Include: Greeting Customers, Taking Orders, Making Drinks, Food Prep, Drive-Through Customer Care, Cleaning and More.

New staff generally are expected to start with evening and weekend shifts.
As team members are trained in and day shifts open up those are made available based on time with the company or based on scheduling agreements. In some instances it is possible to start with a mix of day and night shifts, depending on current staffing.
All of our scheduling is done through an app. We offer a fairly flexible schedule, as long as requests are submitted 2 weeks in advance (based on availability).
Our goal is to offer an elevated coffee shop experience to our customers.
