Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Equipment Sales Representative (Outside) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will actively engage with customers to promote and sell related equipment. The Outside Equipment Sales Representative is responsible for managing the full sales cycle, building strong customer relationships, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role combines outside sales activity with disciplined pipeline management and collaboration across departments.
Responsibilities
- Achieve annual and quarterly sales and margin goals
- Forecast monthly sales using CRM tools
- Respond to all customer inquiries and assigned leads
- Conduct monthly customer visits within assigned territory
- Accompany customers through trailer inventory and ensure safety on company property
- Cover scheduled phone and floor days as required
- Maintain product, pricing, and competitor knowledge
- Manage sales transactions from quote through delivery
- Perform equipment walk‑arounds prior to delivery
- Submit monthly expense reports
- Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Parts, and Service teams
Qualifications
- Previous equipment sales experience preferred
- Outside or B2B sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- CRM experience for pipeline and forecasting
- Organized, professional, and detail‑oriented
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to travel locally

Pay: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
