University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Attendants to provide exceptional support to our clients in Dexter, MI. As a Personal Care Attendant, you will assist individuals with daily living activities, promoting their independence and enhancing their quality of life.
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Support clients with mobility and transferring as needed
- Help with meal preparation and feeding assistance
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Monitor and report any changes in the client’s condition to healthcare professionals or family members
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to care and safety
- Previous experience in personal care or home health aide role is an asset, but NOT required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Reliable, compassionate, and patient demeanor IS A MUST
- Ability to pass background checks
- Competitive hourly wage of $14.00 - $19.00, twice per month
