AmeriWell Care is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to provide in-home therapy services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) throughout Middlesex County, NJ.

? Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services in home/community settings
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Help individuals improve mobility, strength, balance, and independence
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
- Complete timely documentation and progress notes
✅ Qualifications:
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapy License
- Experience with IDD populations preferred (Not Necessary)
- Compassionate, patient-centered mindset
- Reliable transportation for community visits
