Position Overview
We're seeking talented Hair Stylists—both new and experienced—to join our growing team. Whether you're building your clientele or bringing an established book of business, Sassy Do's provides the platform, support, and environment for you to thrive.
Requirements & Qualifications
Must Have:
- Valid California State Cosmetology License (proof required)
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a healthy, loyal client base
- Participate in continued education and training programs
- Master and implement the Signature Sassy Do's consultation process to prescribe the best styles for clients' unique features
- Educate clients on hair care products and provide at-home styling tips
- Maintain flexible availability based on business needs, including weekends and evenings
- Uphold Sassy Do's high standards of client service and professionalism
