The Quality Technician will be working on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule with the hours of 6:45pm-7am. In this position, you will evaluate ingredients and finished products to ensure both meet specifications. The Quality Technician will perform quality audits and provide feedback to frontline team members on quality results and performance. The Quality Technician will participate in and lead problem solving activities.

Ensure all quality, food safety, and laboratory activities comply with applicable OSHA, TTB, EPA, and other regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate documentation to support compliance and audit readiness.

Support internal and external customers by ensuring quality and food safety systems are consistently followed and documented. Serve as a professional point of contact for vendors and help implement corrective actions to address service or quality issues.

Assist with writing, organizing, and updating laboratory procedures, specifications, and work instructions. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized lab environment while providing input on lab efficiency, ergonomics, and design.

Audit quality checks and frontline procedures to ensure standards are being met. Provide feedback and support department-level process improvements as a member of the internal quality and food safety audit team.

Champion formal problem-solving methods to identify root causes and improve processes. Partner with production teams to prioritize and drive quality and food safety improvements.

Chemistry or related Associates degree

At least 21 years of age and have Lab/QC or related experience
