Butler Tech is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Adult Education Healthcare Programs as a part-time Clinical Instructor.
This role is focused on helping adult learners in our Practical Nursing and RN Bridge programs develop the clinical judgment, technical skills, and confidence needed for professional nursing practice. Instructors work with students in clinical and laboratory settings, providing hands-on guidance and connecting classroom knowledge to real-world patient care.

What You'll Do
As a Clinical Instructor, you will:
- Supervise students during clinical rotations in healthcare settings.
- Help ensure students meet established clinical learning objectives.
- Provide hands-on instruction and coaching in laboratory and clinical environments.
- Evaluate student performance and provide clear, constructive feedback.
- Help learners apply classroom concepts to real-world nursing situations.
- Mentor adult students as they develop confidence and transition toward professional nursing practice.
- Model effective communication, professionalism, teamwork, and dependable nursing practice.
Qualifications
Candidates must have:
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- A current, unrestricted Ohio Registered Nurse license.
- At least two years of professional experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective organizational skills and a history of dependable attendance.
- The ability to work collaboratively with students, faculty, and clinical partners.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and email.
- The ability to successfully complete a criminal background check.
