Pay: $40-$45/hour, based on experience
Position Overview
TNT Heating and Air is hiring an experienced Boiler and Chiller Service Technician to support our commercial HVAC customers.
This role is focused on servicing and troubleshooting water-cooled chillers, closed-loop boilers, hydronic systems, pumps, controls, and related commercial equipment. We are looking for a technician who can work independently, diagnose complex issues, and provide reliable service and preventative maintenance.
Responsibilities

Service, repair, and maintain water-cooled chillers and closed-loop boiler systems

Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections

Troubleshoot refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, and control issues

Service pumps, valves, piping, cooling towers, and hydronic components

Diagnose compressors, motors, relays, sensors, safeties, and controls

Read wiring diagrams, schematics, and equipment documentation

Evaluate equipment condition and make repair or replacement recommendations

Document service findings and communicate clearly with customers and the service team

Follow company safety standards and manufacturer requirements
Qualifications

3+ years of commercial chiller and/or boiler experience preferred

Hands-on experience with water-cooled chillers

Experience with closed-loop boilers and hydronic heating systems

Strong commercial HVAC diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Experience with pumps, cooling towers, controls, and refrigeration systems

Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

EPA Universal Certification required
Experience with Trane, Carrier, York, or Daikin chillers is highly desirable.

NATE or manufacturer certifications
