Advanced Driving School is looking for a Bilingual Driving Instructor (English & Spanish) to join our growing team!
We are seeking a professional, patient, and dependable instructor who is passionate about helping students become safe and confident drivers.
Responsibilities
- Provide behind-the-wheel driving instruction to teen and adult students.
- Prepare students for the New Jersey MVC Road Test.
- Teach defensive driving techniques and safe driving habits.
- Build students' confidence in a calm and encouraging learning environment.
- Maintain accurate lesson records and communicate professionally with students and parents.
- Follow all NJ MVC regulations and company safety standards.
Qualifications
✅ Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (Required).
✅ Valid New Jersey Driver's License with a clean driving record.
✅ NJ Driving Instructor License preferred (or willingness to obtain one).
✅ Strong communication and customer service skills.
✅ Reliable, punctual, and professional.
✅ Previous teaching or driving instruction experience is a plus.
