We are looking for a new team member that has some previous experience working in a unit make-ready or assistant maintenance position. This position will be responsible for:
- performing work orders
- overseeing and performing make readies of apartment units when needed
- maintaining common areas and grounds
- responding to after-hour requests for service emergencies,
- reporting needed supplies to supervisor
- assisting with preventative maintenance program
Must have the ability to work with Lead Maintenance Supervisor and be capable of responding to after-hour requests for emergencies. Previous experience in maintenance field a must. Some type of formal training in the following areas: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, refurbishing and cleaning, air conditioning and heating, and carpet repairs.
The person hired for this position will need to have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license. Must be willing to have overtime as this position will require some "on call" duties for after hours maintenance emergencies. This is a full-time position that will offer insurance and 401K after a 90 day probation period. Hourly pay rate will depend upon experience. Competitive salary and benefits.
