Position Summary
The Entry-Level Recruiter will assist with sourcing, screening, scheduling, and supporting candidates throughout the hiring process. This role plays a key part in creating a positive candidate experience while helping hiring managers fill critical positions quickly and efficiently.
This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable communicating with people, and eager to learn recruiting operations in a growing company.
Responsibilities
- Review incoming applications and resumes
- Conduct phone screens and candidate outreach
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Post and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms
- Communicate with candidates through phone, text, and email
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking and recruiting notes
- Assist with onboarding coordination and hiring paperwork
- Attend hiring events, job fairs, and recruiting initiatives
- Help build candidate pipelines for future openings
- Support recruiting projects and administrative tasks
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Provide a professional and positive candidate experience
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, sales, recruiting, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with candidates by phone and text
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Bilingual is a plus but not required
