Position Overview
As an Aviation Purchase Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the competitiveness and cost-effectiveness of our procurement process. Working closely with suppliers, manufacturers, sales teams, and internal departments, you will be responsible for sourcing aircraft parts, negotiating pricing, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of materials that support our operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms for aircraft components.
- Communicate with internal teams, external vendors, and suppliers to fulfill procurement needs.
- Collaborate with the Sales team and other departments to resolve critical purchasing issues.
- Create and issue purchase orders and related documentation to meet parts and material requirements.
- Prioritize critical items to ensure on-time delivery and availability.
- Research and identify alternate and superseded part numbers.
- Receive, bin, issue, and ship materials accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate deliveries to various locations.
- Verify invoice accuracy.
- Monitor order status and maintain regular communication with vendors regarding deliveries.
- Update internal systems with accurate parts status information.
- Receive, inspect, and verify delivered parts against repair orders.
- Inspect incoming parts for quality and shipping damage within two hours of delivery.
- Process returns for incorrect or damaged parts promptly.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Full-time | On-site
Location: Fort Lauderdale, Florida
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (both required).
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in aviation, materials/parts procurement, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Background in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in inventory planning and procurement.
