Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Laborer and filling in as store help role based in Gowanda, NY. The Laborer will be responsible for assisting with the construction and maintenance of pools, including handling tools, materials, and equipment. Daily tasks include site preparation, material transportation, surface leveling, and ensuring project areas are clean and organized. Additional responsibilities may include assembling pool structures and collaborating with team members to ensure timely project completion.
Qualifications
- Experience with construction, maintenance, or general labor tasks
- Basic knowledge of tools, safety practices, and on-site protocols
- Ability to perform physical work such as lifting, digging, and carrying materials
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean worksite
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Previous experience in a construction-related field or pool installation is a plus but not required
