As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily activities of a team of nurses, as well as ensuring that patient care is provided in accordance with established policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for managing patient flow, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance and support to your team members. Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of a team of nurses
Ensure that patient care is provided in accordance with established policies and procedures
Manage patient flow and resolve conflicts as necessary
Provide guidance and support to team members
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care
Requirements:
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Michigan
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
