The Administrative Assistant provides clerical, office, and operational support to ensure daily business activities run smoothly. This role may also assist with fleet-related tasks, including tracking vehicle records, coordinating maintenance, and supporting compliance documentation.

Answer phones, respond to emails, and direct inquiries as needed

Maintain files, records, reports, and office documentation

Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel as needed

Assist with data entry, reporting, and spreadsheet updates

Order office supplies and support general office needs

Greet visitors and provide professional customer service

Support managers and team members with administrative tasks

Assist with fleet documentation, vehicle records, registrations, and insurance files

Coordinate vehicle maintenance, inspections, repairs, and service appointments

Track mileage, fuel cards, vehicle assignments, and equipment usage

Help ensure fleet records remain accurate and up to date

Communicate with vendors, drivers, and internal teams regarding fleet needs

Handle confidential information professionally

1+ yrs. of Administrative Assistant experience required.

High school diploma or GED equivalent required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook

Strong organizational and communication skills
