Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Screen Print Manager to lead our screen printing operations with energy and precision. Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all aspects of screen printing production, including scheduling, quality control, and process optimization.
- Manage daily operations using production management systems, SAP, ERP, and manufacturing management tools to ensure seamless workflow and resource allocation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing production data with Excel and supply chain analytics to identify bottlenecks and implement process enhancements.
- Oversee team leadership by training staff on lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and lean management practices to foster a culture of excellence.
- Collaborate across departments such as supply chain management, assembly, and quality control to ensure timely delivery of products that meet specifications.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge and process improvement techniques to troubleshoot equipment issues and optimize mechanical performance.
- Develop and maintain production schedules aligned with demand forecasts using MRP systems and production planning strategies.
Experience
- Proven experience in manufacturing management or plant management within a high-volume production environment.
- Strong background in production scheduling, supply chain management, and operations management with familiarity in ERP systems like SAP or equivalent platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through effective communication, team leadership, and motivation.
- Expertise in lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, process improvement techniques, and quality control standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and decision-making purposes.
- Mechanical knowledge related to printing equipment maintenance and troubleshooting is highly desirable.
- Prior experience implementing lean management strategies or continuous improvement projects that resulted in measurable operational gains.
