COMPENSATION
- $17/hr paid training
- $20/hr base pay after training
- $75 bonus for every qualified appointment
- $250 bonus for every closed deal
- Weekly bonuses and incentives
- Uncapped earning potential
Top part-time team members regularly earn an additional $2,000–$5,000+ per month.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Meet homeowners in local neighborhoods
- Start conversations and build rapport
- Schedule free solar consultations
- Learn objection handling and communication skills
- Represent US Power Solar professionally
- Work alongside an energetic, competitive team
No cold calling.
No sitting behind a desk.
No previous solar experience required.

Monday – Friday: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
