AZ Rag is a full-service vehicle wrap and print shop in Knoxville. We do commercial fleet wraps, color changes, PPF, signage, and large-format print for clients across the Southeast. The Role
You will keep the print side of the shop moving. That means running the printer and laminator, cutting and prepping vinyl panels for the install team, staging materials, tracking jobs, and keeping your workspace and equipment clean. You will work directly with the Print Production Coordinator to make sure nothing gets stuck between print and install.
This role also comes with room to grow. As you develop, the right path forward -- production coordination or installer advancement -- will become clear based on your skills and interests.
Responsibilities
- Load, run, and unload the printer and laminator
- Cut and prep printed vinyl panels for the install team
- Keep production materials organized and staged
- Maintain a clean workspace and clean equipment
- Track print jobs and flag output issues before they reach the install floor
- Support the team with whatever the floor needs to stay on schedule
- Prep jobs for installation and assist with graphic removal when needed
- Complete job documentation in TorqCRM as directed
What We're Looking For
- Any hands-on experience with vinyl film -- wrap, decal, or graphics is a plus, not required
- Willingness to learn and be coached -- we train to a documented standard
- Reliability and punctuality -- the team depends on each other
- Long-term mindset toward the work
