Available roles include four full-time (37.5 hours/week) positions—primarily at the high school level—and one part-time (25 hours/week) position at an elementary school. Additionally, there is an opening focused on PreK-Kindergarten. You'll collaborate with dedicated educators to support student communication development and foster academic success.
Qualifications:
- Valid NJ School Certification (Speech-Language Pathology)
- SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or strong background in school-based settings
- Experience or interest in pediatric and adolescent populations
- Proficiency in managing varied school caseloads
- Ability to adapt interventions to individual student needs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluate students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services to identified students within assigned grade levels
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to maximize students’ success
- Maintain timely documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Adapt support strategies across high school, PreK-K, and elementary settings as assigned
